Returns or replacements may be requested if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different product from what you ordered.

2. Return Request Period

Please raise your return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be eligible, subject to applicable consumer rights.

3. Product Condition

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or improperly stored are generally not eligible for return unless there is a verified defect or other applicable legal reason.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us with your order number, product photographs, packaging photographs, and an unboxing video where available. After verification, we may arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method. The time required for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

7. Return Shipping

For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products, SatvaLife will determine the appropriate return arrangement. For other accepted returns, applicable return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility.
